When things went bad they made certain to do everything in their power to make me feel comfortable about making my claim and made certain not to make the bad situation worse. The entire team was very helpful as well as understanding. I'm sorry I had to take my business elsewhere but I'm buying a home and I was changing from renters to home owners insurance where I had been forced to give my business elsewhere strictly because of cost. They are a good company to use they just couldn't beat my next quote. This doesn't make anything different on how I feel about the allstate family as a whole.
