"If a customer needs to speak to the mechanic directly to explain a complicated issue, then this should be allowed. They flat out refused, after I asked several times, "I really feel I need to explain to the mechanic directly, as it's a rather complicated issue." I was met with, "this is not allowed." My instincts told me, this has to be a direct communication and can not be written down and passed on. I was correct. Issue not fixed the first time, at all, on a close to $1000 fee. I had to bring it in a second time and it still was not fixed. It appeared that the mechanic didn't even look at the issue at all and just fixed it however they wanted to with not addressing the concern. I was sent off with things not working correctly and even got pulled over by local police due to taillights being out. How did the mechanic not check these before sending me off with the car? A very strange and upsetting (gaslighting/surreal) experience in regards to the confusing communication. I was rather shocked. As a paying customer, I truly felt this was very unprofessional. Everyone was very nice and I'm sure it's a good place to take vehicle in for basic mechanic issues."
