"Andrew and Rilan were above and beyond with customer satisfaction! They talked to us for 13 minutes on the highway with car trouble. Met us outside in the rain with a battery and alternator tester. Allowed us to change the battery with their tools. Advised us the alternator was bad but this would get us home another hour. Called our local store to verify our account even! When the jump box didn’t work used their own truck to jump us for a diagnosis. The kids were kept calm and these employees literally saved us at night at the closing hour."
