"Very disappointed with this place. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They put the wrong oil and wrong amount in our car, they used the specifications for a completely different vehicle, they also overinflated our tires. After seeing that on my receipt and expressing my concerns, they dismissed me and guaranteed they did what they were supposed to do. They called me back to informed me I was right and we needed to come back so they could fix their mistake. The manager did apologize to us and assured us that they had "fixed everything," which we appreciate. However, when we got home, the tires were still very overinflated (our tires should be 30, they were at 60!) and the oil was STILL higher than it supposed to..."

"Got an ID/OD here in under 20 minutes on my way to work. Super helpful staff. Then this week I thought my ignition switch went out. They checked it, switched it, and switched the relay behind it. Turned out it was something else that only the dealership can fix. They put it all back how they found it, and didn't charge me a dime for the diagnostic or the service! Hard to find an honest mechanic anymore!!!"
