"Before being insured, I read these reviews. I assumed that whatever the issue was at one point, had been fixed. I was wrong in that assumption. Filed a claim with this insurance company, was advised I would receive a call back on Monday. No call received Monday or Tuesday. Called them Wednesday and left a voicemail for their claims department for an update. Received a very unpleasant call from Adriane in their claims department, who seemed bothered by the job she was hired for. She was rude, allowed for no questions, and decided to abruptly disconnect the call. This is not the service you want from an insurance company. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. Immediately following this poor interaction with Adriane, I cancelled the policy."

"Very rude unprofessional appraisers. Lower your coverage and raise your rates even though haven't had a claim in 20 years. Will be looking elsewhere for insurance plenty of other companies that would like a customer that doesn't make claims all the time and might even help with ways to increase property value. I'm even afraid to make a claim because I'm probably there only customer they have left and they wouldn't have the money to pay out a claim. Also act like it's a chore to insure someone and not appreciate the business of over 30 years."
