"I went there in December 2023. The place sucks stay away. Don't go there unless you want a 15 to 24 hour break . I would give them a −10 star if I could. But Hey, it's Tyson, we already all know this. Just another Gear Jammer take her easy."
"As per usual we waited 8 hrs past for the load now we’re waiting for paperwork that wasn’t given to the guard shack. We’ve already all but missed our delivery time by 30 min or so. The lot is so full of empties they are double stacked in the lot. The yard dogs also like to park the trailers so close to the curbs the mud flaps are pinched up ready to be torn off when you pick up the trailer so don’t for get to double check those when taking off"
"Security check in was easy nice people But it's Tyson so u r going to wait for your load They have room for about 4 bobtail trucks to park by the guard shack"
"I had pick up from here check in at guard shack then they tell u go at Sinclair truck stop (1100 S Lincoln Rd, Monett, MO 65708) when u reach there call shipping office check in again then guys call back for dock door on ur appoinment time fast loading but guard shack take 2-3 hours for ur paperwork ready"
