"Lived here for two years before my family could move up here. Ordered a lot of pizza from this location. At least 50 times. Not one time has my order been ready. I'm sure the owner will offer the same explanation to this review as he/she has already. How about just make it a priority to keep to your estimates? Not encourage us to keep coming back - but actively fix the problem. I'd buy a heck of a lot more pizza and all the other items in your store if you did."
"I called and ordered a pizza and they told me 20 25 minutes it would be ready. I got there 30 minutes later and they haven't even started making it. If it's going to be while don't tell me a time frame and not even started making. I could understand that if it wasn't quite done but not even started that horrible."
