Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

"I'm not from this area, I'm an over the road truck driver and I had some down time and I've never tried Braum's before so I figured that was a good time to check it out. I had a burger and fries with drink as well as a frozen yogurt cone. I was very impressed with the entire experience, the food was great, the staff was extremely friendly. Thank you guys for treating me so well."

"This place only deserves 1 star at best after tonight. The new manager named Jerry took our order after more than a 10 minute wait(all he said was I don't know why the other guy won't take your order). He then refused to allow us to order the special (Double quarter lbs jalapeno burger). Instead he ordered single and told us that was what we wanted and were getting. My husband didn't want argue because he felt like the manager was looking for a fight. We ate our food while watching the manager walk around micromanaging the staff. One customer asked if they could refill the ice in the fountain drink machine and he told them no that it took a quarter to get ice. He then proceeded to take the machine apart while telling them he had no idea where the ice went. My son wanted to buy some milk before we left, the manager had the grocery side cluttered up with salad boxes. I walked over to the manager to ask him what his name was and his immediate response in a sarcastic tone was "What? Did I make you cry?" I was a little surprised by his tone and the face and hand gestures (like he was imitating a crybaby). He finally said Jerry and that he was the new manager of 4 days. I thanked him and said "good to know". We waited at the register another 10 minutes to buy milk and finally left empty handed. The likelihood we go back is slim due to awful experience with him in charge. He and Braum's should be embarrassed by his unprofessional behavior."

"Always like the food at Braum's, eat there often. the other day I got a breakfast sandwich good as always but at a higher price, I realize that 33.80 isn't that much money today but it is to me, and this is how much more a year it would cost to continue to get this sandwich. so that was my last breakfast, I'll start making something myself."

"The food is usually not bad but the service could be way better. I spent 45 minutes in there the last time trying to order and then waiting to get my two shakes. After I got tired of waiting inside I decided to go through the drive through and waited another 20 minutes just to make it through the line of 3 cars in the drive through and be able to leave. It was a Friday night but for all the employees that were working no one should have had to wait for 45 minutes. When I got everything and was ready to check out from the store part the guy acted like he was irritated that he had to walk over to that register to check me out and I'm pretty sure that he was a manager. Very bad customer service this time but normally the only issue is how long it takes to get service in and outside. It's a little ridiculous."

"Braums do make good burgers, and the portion is worth the money. The burger meat tastes so different from the other fast food I've tried, and i think i like it. The fries are good, but only if they are served fresh. I love the limeade drink! No other fast food makes it like Braums. The yogurt is very thick and a bit too much for me, but the fruit and nut taste great with the yogurt. The salads are good for fast food, so it is worth the price. The employees are always polite. The wait time is average."
