"I am Deeply disappointed with my experience with j and j. Too much of a nightmare to type here. But in short, their installer was horrible and incredibly sloppy, the carpet I purchased came away from the backing and started pulling up. They refused to replace it after passing the buck to the manufacturer. Instead Glued it to the floor! I paid for top of the line stain guard padding. After a year, it's obvious I didn't get that, but I'm sure I paid for it. I saved for 2 years to get my carpet. I tried to shop around and get the best price while not sacrificing quality. It seemed like no one wanted to work! I settled with J and J because they are local and established. MISTAKE! It turned into a year long absolute Nightmare! There was no customer service, only excuses and passing the buck. Low quality work, low quality carpet and you won' t get what you paid for. But hey, they got their money...what do they care. Steer Clear Of This Place!"
