"Our sliding glass door got shattered and Monett Glass gave us the most affordable quote. They told my husband that they had the glass in store, so he removed the door from our house and drove it from Republic to Monett only to be told they have to order the glass, after he had called the day prior to confirm. So they ordered it and he went through the whole process again. Upon picking up the door, he was given a razor blade to scrape off excess silicone. A little excess is one thing, but this is ridiculous. We won’t be recommending them to anyone."

"Have had the worst experience with this company. First used them on a bathroom remodel for a new glass shower surround. Took them over two and a half months to get the job done after coming twice to measure the job, but once they got it done we were pleased with it but it should not have taken that long to get it done. We have now been waiting for over eight weeks to get a storm door glass replaced. Two young kids showed up to do the initial measurements and acted like they barely knew what they were doing. I waited two weeks and didn’t hear anything so I made my first call to find out the status of the install. I was asked if I wanted to go ahead with the work and I stated yes as I had told the guys who measured that I wanted it done, I was told that they would order the glass of which I thought they already should have done. I waited a few more weeks and called again seeking a install status update, I was told they would check on it and was put on hold after a long wait I was informed that they would have to call me right back. After waiting again for another couple of weeks I never got a call back. I have called a third time this past Thursday and got the same response as twice before but this time was told they couldn’t find the work ticket but he thought he saw my name on the glass out in the shop and he would check on it and call me right back. It has now been an additional week with no call back from anyone. Needless to say I WONT be doing business with this company ever again. If they do get around to calling me they certainly won’t be doing any work for me. Going to call a more reputable company with better business principals. Oh and the price they quoted me for just the glass is over a hundred and fifty dollars more than what I can have a whole new storm door installed."

"After waiting three weeks and two rescheduling for them to come out to measure for the glass it took another three weeks and several phone calls that went unanswered, my contractor had to stop by to get an answer that they would follow up on a price. Two weeks after that they say it would be another four weeks to get the trim and the owner was extremely rude and told me I might as well find somebody else because he was the owner and it only been a week. Funny I’ve been waiting six weeks on them. Made two more calls to other glass companies and they’ll both be out tomorrow, guess I should’ve done that a lot sooner but they were recommended."
