"Two days before my daughter's wedding I went in to get it shaped. Showed the stylist the pic I wanted to base from. Told her I did NOT want it short, nor did I want it flat to my head. I wanted to keep the layers and let my natural curl show through. She proceeded to nearly scalp me. By the time she got done, my hair was about an inch long and looked NOTHING like the picture. ALL the curls cut off, lying on the floor. She completely ruined my hair. I will NOT set foot in there ever again."

"I always had good experience there but not today. I Just left there. My husband hair looks horrible. She didn't know what she was doing. I know the other girls there were standing around. Except 1 that was waiting for someone hair to process. I know they heard him say it don't look right. No one offered to help her. He had to tell her his sides were uneven and still to long on top. She like your hair weird. Won't be going back anytime soon."
