"This was the first time i came to this salon. I have a friend that comes regularly and recommended it to her roommate (the friend who I went with). The friend i went with got her nails done here once before and was happy with what she got. when we walked in they said hi and asked what we wanted(wasn’t very friendly). Once i sat down I picked out my color. I didn’t want to spend a whole lot on my nails, so i picked a plain color (that i thought wasn’t going to cost a lot) and told the tech that I wanted almond shaped. I am not very educated when it comes to nails, so I was unaware that my nails had to be so long for almond shaped. The tech was asking how long I wanted my nails, and I told her “shorter” and then “yeah that length is good” AFTER she cut the nail she said “ok you can’t have almond now too short” then proceeded to do her own shape. I was thinking with getting short nails and just one color with no design it wouldn’t be that expensive. As she was putting the acrylic nails on she told me they would be $60. I asked what made them $60 and she said the dip color. I was in shock and i’m not a very confrontational person, but i was thinking as long as they look good i guess it’ll be fine. My friend started before I did and I ended up having to wait on her to get done for about twenty minutes. My nail tech seemed to have rushed through the process and when she was done she said “k ur done” and moved on to the next person. I looked at my nails and was absolutely not happy with them at all. to be expected to pay $60 for nails that look like this is not okay. My friend that goes there regularly has gotten her nails done by the same tech and looks like the picture on the right. I don’t know what was different but it does not look like a professional did this. Not to mention the friend that I came with ended up shaping my nails when we got back. not to mention the tech told me i looked twelve"

"Disappointing. Stopped in for a gel nail manicure. Was greeted with annoyance by mail tech when I couldn’t understand what she had said to me through her mask. I remained polite and jovial. I was asked to sit, which I obliged. Then I was snapped (with her fingers) and pointed to a chair. I was never spoke to except to ask what color I wanted and when told what I owed. When I extracted my debit card to pay, was told they don’t accept and when I had to scrounge for enough cash, it was snatched from my fingers and then they walked away. I should have expressed my dissatisfaction with my service at the time, but after having been treated so poorly, I didn’t want to make a scene. My manicure itself I’d give a 6/10, the gentleman didn’t even get all the previous polish off before continuing my service. He was aggressive (not violent) with pushing and pulling my hands back and forth, I get my nails done twice a month in another town, but found myself in Nevada in need this weekend. Lesson learned. I’d never recommend this place to anyone."

"What a wonderful salon! I had a dip set put on and they are perfectly beautiful. My friend had a pedicure, she said it was the best one ever!!"
