"I paid 130.00 for 2 ppl to get gel x nails and they guaranteed for 2 mths n snapped in 2 days and they won't awnser the phone to fix them and walk in and they told me it would be a long wait and 15$ a nail to fix"

"I went yesterday (12.23.23)and was served by someone who I'm thinking was not licensed. The reason I say this is that she refused to do acrylic nails even though they are on the menu amd we had called ahead specificallyfor them. She would only do press ons and paint them. Even doing these was a time intensive struggle for her and she was not very nice the whole time. She said everyone else was on vacation and was working alone so there were a lot of things I was more forgiving on but one thing i was not happy with was her repeatedly refusing to shorten the nails to the desired length even after i told her i habe a baby and diapers to change. She would clip them, I would tell her they were longer than the other hand and she said no again so I let her shape them thinking they would get shorter. They didn't. I showed her the difference so she fixed it but then charged me extra!!!!! She said the super glued on press ons cost $50 with the extra charge for shaping again. I tried to talk her down to $40 but not only would she not have it she "hit the wrong button" after showing me the screen on the Square credit card machine and charged me $100 and said she couldn't refund it because she didn't know how. Luckily my sister hadn't paid yet and her (not great) pedicure was said to be $50 also. We told her to call it good amd walked out. NEVER going back. I've been there once before with a better result. Nothing to write home about but was also definitely not something I was writing a bad review about either. Update 12.28.23 two are already pulling up and separating from my natural nail even with the gobs of dried superglue she left under them."

"Went for the first time this week and this place is amazing! I was greeted immediately with smiles from everyone. Tammy did my nails and she made sure the size and shape were just what I wanted before she started painting them. She took her time and was yet somehow fast and efficient which is great! I am excited to get a pedicure here. I definitely recommend this place!"

"So I had mixed emotions about this place but after my last visit I will never go back. My nails were so thick they looked ridiculous. And the gel polish started bubbling and peeling off after 1 week. I went back and asked them to fix them and there were air bubbles under the new polish. She actually had the nerve to tell me the problem was the difficulty of the nail designs i was getting.They charged me $60 to give me the worst nails I've ever had. I decided to go somewhere else to have them removed and a new set put on and the new place was literally taking the nails and showing them to all the techs and making fun of how thick they were and asked if my hands felt 5 pounds lighter...which they actually do. If you are thinking of going here, don't. Usually you get what you pay for but not in this case!"
