"If I didn't have to leave even so much as one star I wouldn't. But it seems it's required for me to leave this review. My friend and I went to check out a splitting axe I found online today. There were 2 of the specific one that I was trying to find on the shelf. As I was looking at them they were both damaged and when I asked the salesman if that was normal his reply was "no sorry I can't even sell this to you they have to be taken off the shelf." Which is where it all began. So as my friend and I started to continue to look around the store this salesman decided he needed to follow us in every direction and ask if we needed help every which way we turned. Now I was only slightly annoyed at this up until we decided we were finished at this store and the salesman decided to follow us out of the store and proceed to act as if it weren't very evident that he was out there trying to find which car we went to and what our plate # was. So not only did my friend and I feel complelty and 100% profiled to the fullest but I also felt it as a bit of harassment because neither my friend nor myself had taken anything from this establishment nor did we have any intentions to. I found it EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! ill never suggest this store to anyone and as far as I'm concerned this won't be the last time anyone hears of this experience."

"I just left this store looking for a pack of nails, you know the kind you use with a hammer and the guy told me they didn't carry nails. How can a hardware store, that sells hammers not sell nails???? I don't get it. And I'm almost for certain I've gotten nails here before. Guess I'm on an infamous hunt for some nails. "I called Ken at Northern Tool this morning after we received a dolly from their Amazon store missing a wheel, he asked us to bring it in and they replaced it quickly, easily, and without hesitation the same day. We’re so thankful for the friendly and fast customer service!"

"Yesterday I visited my local Northern Tool in Independence Mo. I was looking to purchase a piece of equipment which was on sale. I felt I had done my homework and was ready to buy. However when I asked if it was in stock and if I could get help loading it into my pick up, the manager immediately had an attitude and demanded to know what I intended to use it for. “Well, it’s a wood chipper,” I said, “I was hoping to chip some wood.” “What kind of wood?” “Suddenly I felt intimidated as if I needed to justify myself wanting to purchase his product. “Maple,” I replied, “Do you not want to sell it to me?” “Well, I just don’t want you bring it back. You should buy another brand! Besides, the only one I have is buried in the back room and I’m not going to dig it out!” With that he stormed off. I waited about seven minutes and he did not return. So I left. I’d have to say, I’ve gotten better customer service at Harbor Freight. Perhaps this gentleman was having a bad day, but he certainly took it out on me. I give them zero stars. Still looking for a wood chipper."

"Fast, easy order process. Will update after receipt and installation of parts. Update: Part fit exactly as the original, looks good and vents operate as they should. Only issue is the silk screening of the left wiper is incorrect. It is opposite of what it should be."
