"If you want someone reliable, Anna is not it. After being stood up one two different occasions with no call, no text, and no response to emails, I refuse to EVER call her again for service. I had an event that I had to go to and because she didn’t show, I had to scramble to find someone to do my hair last minute. Customer Service and professionalism go a long way. You have been warned by several people in these reviews. Go at your own risk. If I could give her negative stars I would."

"Had my nieces hair done there and she has some very special needs as it relates to her hair. The shop is very discreet and she does great work! I would highly recommend this shop if you need good service and she took the time to teach my niece how to take care of her hair."

"Amazing customer service!! The professional salon was an added bonus. I was able to get in and out and my Virgin Hair Extensions were the best!! No shedding at all. My install was very secure, not at all tight but secure and Anna says it will last for up to 4 months. I am 100% happy with my experience, my service, my style and the beautiful salon. "Great service! I suffer from thin and breaking hair after some major health issues. I was told my many other stylist that there was nothing they could do other than offer me a 'quick weave'. I had honestly went into a depression behind my hair. I than came across an ad for Hollywood hair clinics so I gave Mrs.Anna a call. She was very pleasant and offered me a free consultation that same week. Reluctant but I went. When I walked in the salon I was in complete amazement! Anna was very calming and knowledgeable at my situation and offered me several options other than a wig! Not only was the salon very private, clean and professional, but I noticed that all the stylist had there own private suites! My appointment was a few days later, and I was completely satisfied with the quality of hair extensions she offers, the one on one appointment and the overall customer care that I was given. I LOVE my stylist and her services. She provides very professional services in a very clean/ relaxed salon. My appointment was one on one and she was very consistent in what she told me she would provide."
