"I had one two many bad experience with this place, they will over charge you for what they want to charge , no set prices. There using supplies that has been banned. (Foot grinder) And will give you there attitudes if you speak up and tell them you don't like the work...I'll never return at this location again. Seriously go somewhere else!!!! There are other nice nail salons around one just opened near this one. And i love it, they listen and will pleasantly try there best to resolve issues and prices are remarkable and reasonable for there services. So I tryed speaking to management but she was no help and my experience was inorged basically.. I was told I should of addressed it before I left. But I did right after I was done. I HAD JUST WENT GO somewhere else for NEW services because last time I spoke up the lady had a Tantrum. So the hell with it."

"If I Could Give Them A 0 I Would. I Went Inside And No One Approached Or Spoke Up About How They Could Help Me. A Worker Was Lounging In The Pedicure Chair Proceeded To Ask What I Needed Then Didnt Say Anything. I Sat There For 20 Minutes Assuming He Told The Others What I Needed In Their Language And No One Helped Me. Watched 3 Other People Go In There & Get Services After I Was There Before Any Of Them. Don’t Go Here"

"Messed my nails up. I asked for the polish to be taken off. Did not ask for a refund or to have them repainted. Just take it off. They wanted to charge $20..but only to repaint as well. Only I didn't want them to repaint. Was willing to pay the $20 to have it removed. Been going there for over a year. They just lost a customer. I had to go elsewhere to have it removed for $10. Jerks"

"Terrible. I went for a full set about a month ago and a man did it. Two weeks went by, it’s time for a fill, I go to a lady. Two days after that I have nails lifting. It was 4 nails to be exact. I do light work so I don’t use my hands much. I went back to get them fixed and I was told that I would have to come back bc the lady that did them was not there or I could pay another person to fix them. Well I ended up paying 20 for a new person, “fixed” nails, and a different color gel polish. Wellllllllll one of the nails that was “fixed” lifted the NEXT DAY. I go back the day after the actual nail broke… now neither one of the ladies are there. A lady asks me what I needed so I tell her and I don’t want to have to pay again. She goes silent for maybe 5 minutes while I am just standing there. Another customer walks in and the nails tech says that I can sit down. I sat there for over an hour! A man asks the lady next to me if she is ready for her lashes, she came in after me. So I asked him when will I be helped bc I have to go and he says “I don’t know.” I ask him if he could find out and he says “Maybe when someone is done you’ll be next.” I say that I don’t have time and ask for a refund. He says that he can’t do it bc the manager isn’t there and to come back……. FOR THE FOURTH TIME IN A WEEK! They do good pedicures but I would not recommend this place to anyone. They can’t do nails and the customer service is horrible."

"They are really big! Did not have to wait. There are different priced pedicures. I got the 3rd one. I got the works! Foot massage, hot towels. I usually feel cheated when i get a pedicure because they are done in 20 min, but this took almost an hour! So worth it! I would suggest to get the most expensive one because of all of extra pampering."
