"It is truly sad to pay over 100 dollars for a haircut and color and experience one very argumentative and clearly stressed worker. I have never experienced this before in over 15 years of going to salons. I was referred by my friend to one person and this went great! This person left for great reasons and when I was given Heather I was happy to stay. Heather did a fine job on my hair but the color was a miscommunication and I called back to add more red. Heather accommodated this, but decided to pass me off to another worker to put the color in instead of trying to work out what was a simple miscommunication. I had a good experience with the new person but the color was still not quite right. I called to speak with this person and Heather calls me saying we were not a good fit. I am dumbfounded at her assumptions and poor people skills I will not return and apparently she can afford to lose good customers!"
