I had a couple questions about a closet organizer and the lady was not friendly. She made me feel like my questions were not important. Rushed me.... Wasn't a fan. The store though was great!!!"

"I really appreciate this store, the workers and especially the management. I have come in with requirements that were vague and this store worked with me...not a quick process, took more than one meeting (for me to figure out my need and supply necessary details so they could better help me). Yes, i had "idea" but needed help figuring out what was available that could work. Different than a big box store where you get pointed in the right direction but no detailed mapping/diagraming your idea. Through it all, they patiently helped me, designed it all out, modified the design (more than once)... I LOVE MY TWO UNITS!! One was a wall used for closet in a tiny bedroom in a 80+ year old house with no storage and one tiny kitchen needing more storage where I used a coal celler stairwell wall.
