"The food in the warmers are consistently past sell by times, there’s tons of expired products around the store, and a few members of the team play on their phone while helping you. Just an eyesore of a Casey’s experience."

"This is literally the worst Casey’s on the planet. I try to avoid it at all costs, but it’s the closest gas station to my house. Went to gas up my wife’s car yesterday and every single pump was out of service. I would like to say that this was surprising, but it’s not. Pumps are constantly down, I went back this morning for breakfast pizza there is one cashier and a line of 8 people. No one in the kitchen and there were like 6 slices is pizza left and it was 7:30 in the morning!!! QuikTrip is so much better and it’s not even close. Avoid this Casey’s unless you literally run out of gas and it’s across the street. And after reading the other responses Casey’s has to comments, I’m sure you’ll have your “Olathe Team” look into it. After months of that comment I see nothing has changed. Maybe you need a different team?????? Perhaps new ownership???"

"Only 1 slice of breakfast pizza at 7:30 on Saturday morning? And a 20 minute wait for any more. The clerk could have cared less, I’m guessing it was pickup that was keeping her busy but I would think they could be given a later pick up time. My opinion is the customers that took the time to come to your store and not only buy pizza, but other things should be taken care of first. It always seems to be that way in this store. I have quit going to the store on 135th in OP for the same reason. That store has a huge soccer field right by it and should have two people In the kitchen and two cashiers every Saturday during the season. The customer service there is terrible as well. No wonder Quiktrip is popping up on every corner and always busy with great service, please don’t tell me you’re not firing on all cylinders!!"

"Consistently poor experiences at this location. The only reason I still come here is because of Hy-Vee Fuel Saver. Pumps out of receipt paper at least half the time, never any washer fluid to clean the windshield, and today all of the trash cans were severely overflowing such that the whole lot probably would have been littered with garbage if there had been strong winds. One time earlier this year, I ordered a wrap through the app, got to the store to pick up, and they said they rarely have the necessary ingredients to make wraps. They let me substitute for something else, but why take orders you can't fulfill? Other Casey's locations are usually better, but also having similar issues with receipt paper and washer fluid in recent years."
