"I don't shop at this location often, and I don't plan to go back. I stopped there this afternoon on my way home to pick up socks for my kids, and a couple other items. The line to the single cashier they had was backed up. The only other option was a self-check out. I was going to use the self-check out, however, it was having technical issues, so I waited. At one point one of the two ladies working there walked by and seemed to fix it, and so some of us waiting in line used it, hoping to A.) Get out of there quicker after waiting awhile in line, and B.) To help make the line go quicker and be easier on the single cashier they had working there, a lady who seemed to be struggling to check people out. She kept having to ask the lady walking around for help on every transaction. I figured she was new. When I checked my items out, I realized there were security tags on the packages of socks I bought. I asked the lady walking around if she could take them off for me, she just shrugged and said that the lady who was already struggling at the register could do it, and she walked off. I waited until the lady at the register was between customers if she could possibly cut them off for me real quick (still wasn't sure why the other lady couldn't help me). Meanwhile, the next customer was grumbling that she had places to be (she had just gotten in line and hadn't waited near as long as I had). This caused the cashier to snap at me that I was "complaining" when I was trying to be as nice as I could about it and after I had waited 20 plus minutes in line."
"The staff there are always nice and helpful. I wish they would have got a little more of the Easter candy I like because they sold out pretty quickly. I love the new renovation of the store. It looks so much bigger and more organized."
