"Waste of my time, they were extremely busy which I get, problem was I Came in on my lunch break. I picked out balloons and stood in line for 10-15 min . I was asked if I needed the balloons for today? Which I thought was odd but when I said yes I was told they are NOT taking any more balloon orders , so they could not blow up my balloons. Instead of announcing this when I first walked in, letting everyone know before they started looking for items or even putting a sign on the door they waited until I waited in line again for 10-15 min to tell me I could not have balloons blown up for the day because they already had too many orders. I didn’t even think this was allowed. When I stated out loud they should have told me this before I waited in this line they all just looked dumbfounded and stared at me like I was the problem. I go to party city all the time but this was my first time at this location . Never again."

"Terrible customer service. Found out I seriously overpaid when they rang me up for each balloon individually without telling me I could of gotten a bundle with a dozen at a cheaper price. The helium cost more than the balloons too. $50 on 12 balloons that sank to the floor in less than 12 hours. So not worth it."

"Customer service in this store is a joke. 15 mins on hold without getting to even ask what I was looking for so o drive over and just walk in myself still on hold. One customer in the store and ten employees stocking or doing nothing. No reason to be on hold. When I’m the store, most every employee was rude and unhelpful. None of this applies to Johnathan. The only person who asked if I needed help, walked me to what I was looking for, told me to let him know if we needed anything else and to have a great day. If he isn’t the manager, give that man a raise and a promotion. Everyone else didn’t want to be there, Johnathan is the only reason this store is getting any stars at all."

"Staff was very kind and very helpful. My only issues has to be with the price of the helium. Spent $54 on 25 balloons with the helium that’s supposed to last 24 hours. Got the 24 hour one because my baby shower was the very next day at 11 am. So there just wouldn’t be any time to get them done the day of. While the balloons are just sitting in my living room, one bag of balloons started falling. Only had the balloons for 8 hours. I paid extra for longer lasting balloons and I’m praying they’ll last the rest of the night. $54 for 25 balloons and paid extra for the special helium only for them to last 8 hours. Smh. Only one bag has started to fall, but it’s still really upsetting."

"Great balloon selection (latex, mylar, packages, mix-n-match singles, holidays, characters, and various structures). Kind and patient staff walked me through all the options for best value. If you're getting last-minute helium-filled balloons, you might want to prepare for a wait since they seemed to have an abundance of walk-in and online orders, but I was happy to browse the store in the meantime. Good for year-round celebrations, and at the time I visited, this store was very well stocked for Halloween, plus some Chiefs decor."
