They helped us design 4 different jerseys for Team Kansas softball for the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games including matching pants and hats and made the process so easy! I enjoyed working with them so much that when I helped start up a 12U team for my daughter I went back to Berserk without hesitation. Great service. Quick answers to all my questions. And the artwork was spot on! Truly an amazing company to with it!"

"Berserk as a whole was quick and very helpful when it came to ordering our uniforms and even worked through a few issues we had which were mistakes on our end. It’s no secret they stay pretty busy and they over communicate in a good way when it comes to busy seasons. If you choose Berserk make sure you’re ready and order at your earliest convenience instead of last minute and expecting miracles. I’ve been on the other side with a different team were we weren’t ready and ordered late and berserk still pulled off uniforms in 4wks and received uniforms on a Monday and played our first game the very next day. "Quality and value are good, great job helping design. Low rating do to company’s policy's. Just be aware once you pay the invoice even if you notify right away it’s too late to make changes. Even though it takes up to 6 week to get your order. Once I realized I could not make a change I requested a new order that I would pay for because I made an error. Now they informed me of another policy that they must wait 10 days before processing a new order with same art work. I reached out to owner James and he was good at getting right back to me however all he did was reiterate his policy’s and how busy they are. I just felt like this company is too busy to care about our team needs. I was not aware they are such a large company working around the clock. Next year I’ll go with a smaller more local company."
