"This location is very organized and clean. I was able to find some clothes in my size that were reasonably priced. I did not sell to this location but will definitely consider bringing in some of my items in the future. I hope to come back."

"I will never buy or sell from this place ever again. And I highly suggest you don't either. If you should ALWAYS check your bags before you walk out of the store. I was told they would purchase one michael kors purse from me. Got home and my uggs that had never been worn and my Kate spade card holder were missing. Those items were not mentioned they wanted those too. Had they been I would have taken all my itemsnd left. I was paid for the purse. That is all. Never got a receipt saying what they wanted or purchased. Not a good place to do business with. You would do better selling via online market."

"What can I say? Veteran owned, amazing staff, amazing selection. I got almost an entire sullen line for about $7 a piece!everything is in great condition, the owner walked me through trade in and getting stuff tax free. She was amazing!! Also set me up with a veteran website for tickets!! This will be the only Plato’s I go to from now on, and they have definitely earned a life long customer!!"

"The girl working in Platos Closet the day we stopped in was very unpleasant, unprofessional and rude! Her name was Jordan. We are frequent shoppers there but I do not think we will be back. Firm believer in good customer service. I totally understand the theft aspect of it, but my young daughter was trying on clothes and is not comfortable enough with her body to come out and model the clothes for everyone else to see. I completely get not letting friends all go in together but this was my CHILD! If you want to help people understand, have employees that don't have terrible attitudes and better customer service. Jordan went out of her way to speak rude and disrespectful. I shouldn't have to worry about going in a store and being disrespected by an employee! Someone needs to teach the young people morals, respect, better body language, tone of voice, and how to SERVE customers. Install better security and hire more respectful/helpful people."

"I’m from Florida (and travel often) and this is one of the better set up Plato’s closets I’ve been in! Cute displays and even books? Never seen that before but loved it. Found quite a few things so v happy! I’ve never been in a Plato’s where the staff seem excited to be there lol so doesn’t bother me anymore. Literally a universal experience at this point. Maybe Plato’s as a company should pay their staff more and we might see more smiles!"
