"My order was wrong, wrong sandwich and they forgot my side and my cookie, didn’t even give me the right drink even though they highlighted all of that on the receipt paper?? my doordasher told me the kitchen was just slow in general and looked dirty from the window. Advised me NOT to eat it. I advise you all to use a different location where the food is good enough to justify how much you just spend."

"Waited 30 min for 1/2 sandwich and chili. I have a 30 min lunch break. When I 3 people behind me got there food before me she told me that's how it goes and turned around and continued to discuss how they didn't care about all the customers waiting. For the price of food these days you'd figure they make sure it was a good experience."

"This was probably the worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time. It made me appreciate our home location even more. It was clear that the people working could have cared less about customer service. They were bickering back and forth, in front of customers while food sat on the counter without ticket numbers. If I was the owner, I would be thoroughly embarrassed to allow this to continue because reading other reviews, it doesn't sound like this visit was anything out of the ordinary, which is a shame. I wanted to chalk it up to the workers having a rough day but clearly not the case...I would avoid this location."

"I would like to say this is a very enjoyable sandwich deli to eat at. Excellent attention to detail on each the sandwiches I've ordered up to this point. The restaurant is very clean and parking was no problem outside. This is a wheelchair accesible building, good for family and kid friendly. I usually order online and I've enjoyed the reward program and the getting coupons online. This location on Laclede Station Rd and out in St. Charles County are very good locations to visit. I haven't been to other locations yet, but the employees here at the St.Charles and Maplewood Delis have been very positive, and they are knowledgeable, with good customer service. I'm sorry I don't have more pictures of the other sandwiches for you, I ate the evidence as soon as I got into the car. lol."

"The kids menu is nice in that it offers different choices like French bread pizza, chicken broccoli bowl, and baked potatoes. These kids meals are very well priced as well! The soups are good and the variety is nice. In this area, there aren't too many places to eat, so this is nice to have.
