Domino's Pizza

"Last week I ordered a deep pan pizza. It was delivered with the dough in the middle still uncooked. I was hungry so I ate around it. Got digestively ill from it. Ordered a pizza tonight. The driver arrived but had grabbed the wrong order by mistake. It happens. When she returned with the one we ordered, she's rang the bell and then left the pizza on the freezing cold steel table out front. Apparently, it was too much trouble to wait more than literally 2 seconds as I was waiting for the arrival just inside. Bad attitude after her mistake. Lesson learned. Tip cash AFTER the delivery not at the time of order. You would think a generous (more than 30 percent) tip would warrant good service. Nope. And then, after reheating the cold pizza in the oven... Just no flavor. Gross. And unsatisfying. After I initially wrote this, I read some other reviews. The driver with the attitude I mentioned above was called out by name in other reviews. Looks like there's a pattern for her. Based on other reviews, I'm guessing management won't do anything about it. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority for this Domino's."

"If you earn a free pizza through their loyalty program they won't deliver it as it doesn't meet the $15 order minimum once the coupon is applied. What a scam. A loyal customer lost. I'll be ordering from Motor Town or another local pizza place. I feel duped into using their loyalty program only to have the rug pulled out from under me."

"Worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered from. Pizza arrived with no toppings. Cinnamon Bites arrived undercooked and not prepared correctly. Manager seemed bothered when I wanted pizza re-delivered rather than accepting a “$7 off” coupon for next time. Disappointing and poorly run franchise."

"I've only ordered online from this location, so I'm only reviewing the standard/quality of the food. Almost every order I've placed for this location delivered under-cooked pizza and/or bread-bowls. The sandwiches and chicken wings are usually pretty good though. And I've never had an issue resolving the issue of the under-cooked food. Still happens a bit too frequently, especially with long delivery times. The food should be done. EDIT: I can't believe I had to edit this just three days later, but I placed an order that was once again undercooked, and got a 5 cheese dip that was empty. I was used to having the oven at home prepped to finish cooking my pizza, so when I called the store I settled for a "credit" for another 5 cheese dip & bread with my next order. Placed that order today and called the store to use my "credit". The images are attached for all to see what they thought was acceptable to deliver a customer (even if it was free). I will no longer be a customer of this franchise because of the consistent low quality of food provided."
