"I bought an 8 piece family meal. I asked for honey packets, which they didn't give me. It wouldn't have been a big deal but I asked for a sauce packet and was told I would have to pay for it. So even if you order an entire family meal of chicken, you are not allowed a single packet of sauce unless you pay. Is this the store policy? I've never been to a place that doesn't give you at least one dipping sauce with ur purchased food. Very disappointing. The quality is no better than kfc, and kfc actually allows you to have sauce with ur food without charging you an arm and leg... also the same meal is cheaper at kfc.."
"Everytime I visit this location. They NEVER have enough wings for a family box of one type meaning all Crispy or all Famous... They always try to give you half and half. If i wanted half and half that's what I would order. Next time make sure you have enough food to sell when you're open for business"
"This place is terrible. I ordered food in the drive through and when I got home and opened my order it looked like someone smashed the potato wedges in their hands and they were extremely cold. I don’t live close and it was a late dinner after working overtime so going back wasn’t an option. I reached out to corporate and sent a photo of how my order looked and they told me if I wanted to bring it back that they would give me a refund. After explaining that I don’t live close and my work schedule wouldn’t allow me to go back they said that they would not do anything to make it right. I guess the photo that I sent wasn’t enough for them to think that they should make it right which is ridiculous. The fact that they were ok with food being served like that is really disappointing and I will not go back. I understand mistakes happen but not standing behind your product and making it right is unacceptable. I can see why the quality is so bad when there are no repercussions for terrible quality."
