"The most baffling experience I have had at a fast food place in YEARS! On my lunch break, I got two original chicken wraps, a sweet tea, and cheese tots. The chicken wraps were SOAKED in sauce, every other time I had gone to this EXACT SAME BK they were dry- I literally didn't know they came with sauce on em! It was like a gusher the amount of sauce in this thing! I go in and show the worker, he said okay he'll drop more for me but it'll be 6mins. Of course! I appreciate him helping out!! We have a WHOLE CONVERSATION about how I didn't know it came with sauce on it as it had never been made like that before or had so little I couldn't notice for the lettuce and tomato- that I would just prefer these with no sauce and I know for the future how go order it. The sweet tea was so sweet I may have gotten diabetes from a few sips so I told them so and corrected it myself- as they seemed just dumbfounded on what to do. Got the new wraps and LO AND BEHOLD! SOAKED IN SAUCE STILL! stressed and out of time on my lunch I go through the drive through again where they ignore me for 10mins while 3 other cars pull up behind and order/are waiting on their food. When they come to the window to ask, "What's wrong now?" I show and explain the situation again, the dude and lady at the window tells me they thought I just wanted light sauce...when we had a whole conversation about how I am going to get them with 0 sauce in the future and I dont like sauce on things etc etc SO- I just ask for a refund of the two wraps- the guy flat out says we don't do refunds. He'll make it again for me. I do not have the time for that! I ask for a refund, why cant they, and they say they don't do refunds. I start getting flustered and start to drive away and as I am the lady says here I can get your money??? I AM ACTIVELY MOVING AWAY FROM THE WINDOW WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO SCREECH TO A HALT FOR MY 7-8$?? I am on the spectrum and I came here because the food was always consistent, and the people were kind. I guess all the kind, capable people (or even the people who just listen) have left. R.I.P"

"Horrible experience. Drive thru took forever and forgot some of our food, had to go back to get it. When I went inside to get our missing food, everyone looked extremely stoned. Looked like some area managers were having a meeting in the dining room, so you figure the employees would at least try. The quality of the food was terrible but Im sure that's just Burger King everywhere now. We will not be returning."

"I haven't been to this location in a few years but decided to order since it was close by. My fries were cold, unsalted, and tasted old. I ended up throwing them away. I also got a regular cheeseburger which was fine but it seemed like it was reheated. Maybe an off night?"

"Forgot to ask the lady’s name. Whoever was handling drive through at 6:10AM on 12/18/2023 deserves to be recognized. I requested extra crispy hashbrowns along with my order she was very sweet and accommodating and my hashbrowns tasted great! Just wanted to show my love and appreciation because as the next generation continues to join the work force you never know if you’re going to get a ray of sunshine or whatever the opposite of that is. Thanks for being awesome while sleepy customers who just got out of bed go get something to eat."

"DO NOT ORDER THE SPICY CRISPY CHICKEN WRAP. ITS GROSS. Saw the new commercial for the new bk wrap and went on up there to get one. Luckily, I looked at or before I pulled off. It was on a old stale tortilla, balled up, wilted lettuce, full of grease, and with no tomato. DISTURBED at this wrap, I pulled back around to ask if this was it. The manager said he would remake them for me and he actually made me two. Although those looked more like the picture on the menu, they did not taste good. I got them "spicy" but it was sweet teriyaki sauce on them??? Not good at all. Not even worth the $2.99. (The first wrap they SOLD me is pictured below)"
