"The service and atmosphere of this location has drastically changed, I normally come to this location for the nice employees but they have been very rude the last two days I went, also I was nearly hit by a car and the customer driving was very rude.. overall this location is becoming very ghetto and I will be going else where …."

"I go here every morning. The wait is long, and people tend to road rage in the parking lot because of how the parking lot is blocked by the drive thru. Overall, I hadn’t had an issue until this morning when I tried to pay with $100 bill. My bill came to about $30 and the lady told me I couldn’t “pay with that, not for that amount”. I then asked her “well, I guess I could just add $70 more on to the order”. She responded with a snarky “You can do that.” If you didn’t have change, you could’ve said that, but don’t tell me somethings impossible when it’s been done before."

"Pulled up to the drive thru ordered a drink she had no idea what i was talking about gave me attitude. Pulled up to the window and can immediately feel the vibe. Not good one. Asked for payment and did not tip which can quickly see she was not pleased about that. Rolled her eyes and slammed the window. And drinks were not made properly. Im from cali and starbucks has always been a place where everyone feels welcome but i guess not here for US hispanics! Its unfortunate the mind set some people have out this way."

"Last time I'm ordering. I guess it's company policy to add 2 inches of whipped cream to the bottom of the cup as well as the dome to save corporate money. Service was great as always, but corporate has gotten too greedy."

"I ordered a frappuccino and jerk chicken bagel. double chocolate it was, enjoying my drink until I felt something on my tongue that wasn't melting like chocolate sprinkles. I spit on a napkin, it was a big black fly that was in my drink. I have not ordered there since. It was a regular stop on my way to Portland.I have pictures just couldn't figure out how to add it here."
