"Ordered All Star- waffle came out cold. I asked for a hot waffle since the butter didn't melt. I ordered lemonade for my daughters water for myself it never came. My warm waffle never came back out. I was told it was taken off my bill. I watched 4 other orders filled while I waited for my food ."
"They charged me $2.50 just for some coffee in my thermos. And that price wouldn't even get me a cup to drink there. My thermos was large but only held like 2.5 standard cups of coffee. It just has a huge amount of insulation. I had other places fill it for $.75 many times before. I dought I will be back there again."
"We ordered three all-star breakfast meals and the waitress brought the order's out incorrect on three different occasions. The food did not come out at one time; Instead they brought out the waffles which were cold and unappealing. Then they brought out the hashbrowns and sides which were even worse since the cheese that was supposed to be melted and delicious was actually an ice cold KRAFT single slice of cheese just laid atop. A group of customers who came there after us were served their food before we even got our drinks and we were there for about 30 minutes prior. We have been to this location and have had no issues but something has changed recently so this isn't personal but rather a warning to those who go after us. They were absolutely horrid when it came to good customer service and we will definitely not be back again anytime soon."
