Panda Express

"Ordered a large Diet Coke and got to my hotel to see it was a sprite. Waited 20 min when they said it would be 6 minutes. The orange chicken portion was small looked like it had several bites taken already. Also the orange chicken looked old and was not flavorful. Egg roll burnt and not edible. Just a bad Panda Express, and I go to a Panda while traveling almost every day. Disappointed Update: I decided to give this panda another chance. I went there today on Valentine’s Day. I ordered two eggrolls and a bigger plate, and both my eggrolls were missing when I got to my hotel. Not only that but I had to ask for my receipt. Instead of asking for the receipt, I should’ve checked to see that all my food was there. I shouldn’t have to do that, but this panda has now failed me twice. Do better."

"Every time in line, they take your order, get you to the window and then tell you how long you’re going to have to wait for the food. What if you didn’t have time to wait? Like myself on my lunch break. Edit: Waited 20 mins when i was told 5. No one ever told me the food was ready just noticed the workers inside all went to the back. So i went in and got my food myself. I was told, “if you don’t like it, don’t come here” never going back."

"Chow mein is never done and there’s always too much cabbage. Ordered beef and broccoli today, I received 2 small pieces of beef and an overwhelming amount of broccoli that taste terrible."

"This location is super hit or miss with food quality / stock and very inconsistent with servings. Sometimes you'll get huge servings and other times it's very small servings. They were out of white rice for weeks in 2022, only fried. Just go to Schnucks across the way and load up. Last week, Sept 6th was pretty terrible. Out of the fried chicken rolls - whatevers; but more annoying was the meat. Very small servings - more like 1 1/2 instead of 2, and just terrible meat. The "orange chicken" was very bland and mostly fried breading. The chicken teriyaki was so fatty and gross, it looked like a pile of wet dog food. Incredibly unappealing. It tasted ok, but was mostly inedible because it was so fatty and gross. Photos from most recent trip last week."

"Panda Express has really gone down in quality. Presentation of food is greasy and not fresh. I asked to try something and they said that samples were not offer because of COVID, which should of been a clue. I ordered anyways:(. The chow mein and rice was bland and tasteless. The spicy beef was bland and had too much pepper. Not good at all. Overall, I think the quality of food, service and even atmosphere has gone down in quality. I will avoid all Panda Express locations."
