"Jason’s favorite phrase seems to be “I don’t know.” Extremely unhelpful and I was more aware of company policies than he was. Really needs to be trained by someone above him as he stated he was the manager and I can’t imagine him being the go to for everyone at this location. Will go to other stores in the area and not be back to this one again."

"Amazed there are still physical locations to go to. Not a terrible atmosphere. Does have coffee. But literally everything can be purchased online substantially cheaper. They will price match...but only with their own online store. But they won't tell you it is cheaper or they will give a lower price...so seems a little shady. If you like to go to stores and physically browse and buy...you may enjoy going here. Just be sure to check their cheaper online prices and don't just buy at the price at the store. My daughter saved $40 doing so."
"Great place.. lots of best seller's. Self help and much much more.. a nice atmosphere to shop in ... They have a great children's section. And for the Harry Potter fans a bunch of really neat items."
"Good place to buy new books if you dont mind paying more. Always clean but I personally am annoyed with their checkout system. My cashier today was super friendly but I dont remember her name. They do have a wide variety."
