"I love Long John Silver's. The last time I tried this location was during COVID, and the location did not allow dine in. My family was craving chicken and fish and hushpuppies, so I came here with them to try it out. I will say the workers there very kind, and the food was great. The only issues I had with it was the environment. Walking in, the sidewalk was uneven all over the place. A major trip hazard. The paper towel dispenser wasn't working in the men's or women's restroom. The wall trim looked like it was painted by a practicing elementary student. The tile floor in the men's room was patched together with uneven floor tiles. Since this was an A&W restaurant, I wanted some root beer from the tap, but the only root beer they had was from the same machine as all the other kinds. I hope they fix things up. Their food is good."
"Pros: (1) Food was warm (2) It’s nostalgic Cons: (1) Hushpuppies felt like they were a bit old and stale (2) Interior seating area felt like it could use some replacement seats"
"food was the best warm. Ask them to fix me some fresh hot food and basically got the same thing I had chicken and fish. The chicken was so dry. The fish was really really greasy french fries was cold. Used to be my favorite restaurant but don’t believe I’ll try again."
"My husband and I decided to eat inside today and the cashier was outstanding. She offered us suggestions that made our meal better and the way she treated us was top notch customer service. I work in management and love when I see someone taking pride in what they do and do it well. Definitely will be coming back."
"Excellent location in Olathe for this chain. Very nice and helpful staff, got all we ordered just right. I had fish platter as did wifey. Fries were very good, highly recommended. We also had a large order of cole slaw and brought some home for later. Hush puppies are the greatest. Wifey had her favorite, root beer float."
