"Originally from Oregon I have never been to an Applebee's that is so bad. Usually they are pretty good. At this one we have experienced rancid oil with french fries and the chips, the place is not very tidy and very rundown, and when you order the larger glass of wine they fill it for a 5 oz and charge you for the extra and they do it every time. We do not go to this Applebee's anymore"
"Do yourself a favor and pick a different place to eat!! We arrived at 12:30 on a Friday. We were greeted with "it'll be a 15 minute wait". We could see three tables in use, all the others were open, and cleared. There was no explanation as to why there was a wait. We asked, can we just sit at the bar and have a drink while waiting, and were told I guess, but it's gonna be 15 minutes before you are waited on, we said, at the bar for a drink????!! And, he said it's his choice ( the bartender) whether to wait on you. There was one person sitting at the bar. We don't mind waiting when places are busy, shorthanded, etc, but........the greeter, or whoever he is, could not have cared less that we were there. We left, were immediately seated and waited on at Haffy's Sports Bar, and had a GREAT lunch!!"
"The restaurant was actually empty at 3 pm. Both my daughter and wife did not like their Caesar Salads as they were dry and hardly had any dressing. I got charged an extra 6 bucks for an extra patty on my burger. Our burgers were completely tasteless. Our waitress hardly ever checked on us. We wanted desert but were never offered it, only given the bill halfway through our meal. We are not likely to go back."
"We haven't been to Applebee's in the bluff for a couple of years. The service and food, if they haven't ran out of stuff, was horrible. Today we thought we'd try again. It was a total 360. There wasn't one thing wrong. From the waiter to the food. It was perfect. Jackson was great and the manager checked on us. She thanked me for my service. We will definitely be back."
"The wait time to be seated wasn’t bad but our service wasn’t the best. The food was brought out at different times and wasn’t even enjoyable. I was warned before I pulled in the parking lot about the service but I felt I would give them a try anyway. My father was right. Applebee’s you need to step up your game and expect more from your employees. I guess you have forgotten that customers are who keep your business going."
