"This Fazoli's is the best meal in Poplar Bluff. They have exceptional customer service. The staff are always so attentive and friendly. The food selection is great and tastes superb. Oh, and the breadsticks are hot and fresh. The prices are fair, especially considering the superior quality. The restaurant is always clean."
"Too expensive for such simple pasta dishes already prepared, frozen, then heated. Pizza slices are nice add ons, and so are the bread sticks. Though it is a nice change of pace from your typical fast food , but only a few times through the year."
"The guy who was running the drive thru was very nice and patient with us while we took our time ordering through the drive thru. It was near closing so, I am hoping that is why my chicken was ice cold throughout. I ordered the bacon chicken ranch salad. I took a bite of the chicken by itself and the piece I took a bite of was ice cold almost as if it wasn't warmed up properly. There was hardly any bacon on it and barely any cheese. I made it a meal and got a piece of pepperoni pizza with it. It was pretty good though! After leaving this review and the owner reaching out to me, I spoke with Brittany, the manager. She is so nice and was very apologetic. She offered to make the salads right. I love the customer service y'all have and wish others would follow it, everywhere. ♥️"

"Hot and fresh. We ordered the family meal. Great price. Service was sweet. Ate with real forks for only about $5 a person. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was fabulous."
