"The restaurant was extremely busy in drive through. The manager was exposing tickets and the drive thru and one cook were supposed to clock out. They left although it was busy. The manager didn’t ask anyone to stay and got upset and tried to call someone. She couldn’t reach them so she went to the office and locked herself in. The young girl up front was left to try to manage and she was nearly in tears having a meltdown. The manager didn’t shut down drive thru or try to remedy the problem at all. And let the staff in a horrible position. She needs to be reprimanded and not lead a shift if she can’t manage it. It took me 25 minutes to get an 8pc nugget and fry and the several cars before me hadn’t gotten their food yet."
"I ordered a Whopper with cheese , NO pickle, NO onion. All my Whopper had on it besides the meat was pickles and onions. I live in a different country and town so it was too late to go back."
"Don't come here unless your gonna waste time. Me and a friend came to get BK, and they took practically 10 minutes. I went in angry and asked the lady. She didn't know about the order and I was not in the mood. Eventually someone gave me the food. Also you guys need better tea"
"This place I will pass by and go somewhere else. Staff is rude, and the order was not correct. Tables had not been cleaned off from other customers cleaned my own. Took my burger back to counter for them to correct, and 5 min later, I had to return myself to pick it back up from sitting under the heat lamp."
"Level service. Burgers are big, but there is no juiciness and no taste either. It doesn't feel like you're eating a fresh product."
