"First of all I tried placing the order through their website after getting off work. I don't have their app and don't want it so I just used their website. My gawd that was an awful experience. It took me over 40 minutes to place a simple order. At one point I tried calling the restaurant to see if I could just place the order by phone but they did not have the same deals as their website. So, I went back to the website and waited for it to finally go through. After I did place the order and got an email confirmation with the tracking link, anytime I tried to track the order it showed my order didn't exist. Eventually I decided to just drive there as it was on my way home. The staff indicated this has happened to other customers."

"I ordered a pizza on Halloween night they weren't busy yet it was about 4:45 in the afternoon actually because my pizza was delivered by 5. Number 1 if you are making a fresh Supreme pizza it's going to take longer than 15 minutes. They just threw a ton of mushrooms on a dead pizza put it back in the oven for a few minutes and called it a go. My breadsticks were flat as a pancake and I probably could have broken a window with one. This use to be my favorite pizza place I will never go back again."

"Worst meat lovers pizza EVER. BUT THERE WAS GITCH IN THE ONLINE ORDERING SERVICE, BUT STILL 4-5 small pieces of meat want copeiseticly for any pizza when food cost is less than $1@ pizza for even large.THEN THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US OR EVEN SELL US POWDERED CHEESE. The store Manager remade the Pizza for Free, and Her Meat Lover's Pizza was the very BEST PIZZA EVER. WE WILL BE GLAD TO REORDER. AND MANAGER GAVE US A HANDFUL OF CHEESE TO PLACE ON PIZZA."
