"This is by far my favorite ice cream place in Poplar Bluff. Everything on her menu is phenomenal, and decently priced. The garden is also wonderful. It's nice to just go and enjoy the weather, or even great for little kids to run around and play in. Make sure you have cash though, when you visit, since she only accepts cash"
