"I had the most amazing experience at store 182. A girl named Arleth helped me for 2 hours that I was here. The employees are so kinds and so helpful. I came in to get gifts for my grandkids for Valentine’s Day. I was I. Retail for over 50 years over at the plaza and when all that went away it didn’t have the same charm, so I know my experience with customers and your team was amazing and more valued than I thought I would ever value. I am 75 and made me feel like I was 35! The store manager, Amber, did everything right with the teams she has hired. Everyone had smiles and made the atmosphere amazing. Thank you to the Anna who was on the phone with me. The amercan eagle team at store 182 is amazing."

"I walked in and was immediately impressed by Aubrey and her customer service and how friendly and helpful she was from the start to finish and she helped me find 3 perfect pair of shorts and order another one I highly recommended going in and asking for her and she will get you all taken care of she’s very cute young lady"
"One of the managers was extremely rude and unprofessional. My friends and I were trying clothes on in a fitting room, granted there were 4 of us in a room so I understand if there are rules, but one of the associates let us 4 in there since there was such a long line to try on clothes and the bigger room was open. The manager came in with a horrible attitude and forced us out in the middle of trying in clothes and tried to get my friend to move to a different room before getting her origina clothes on. Once we were separated she continued to talk to the employees about us complaining about putting back the shorts that didnt work out for us and made us extremely uncomfortable. We didnt argue or put up a fight or anything we did what she asked and she still was being passive agreeable as if it was our fault the employee didn’t know there couldn’t be 4 in the big room."
"I have liked this store and the friendliness they have offered in the past, but today I had a terrible feeling of guilt while being a customer at the cash register. American Eagle, make sure you hire employees with a genuine attitude… NOT people who get irritated and sigh like they’re a teen who was just assigned a chore by their mom."
