"Awful management and company, be prepared that if anything goes wrong in the tunnel and could damage your car, this car wash will refuse to show you the footage and just assume you did something wrong. Try to blame everything on customers even when it is potentially employee's fault. I worked at a car wash in Springfield with the same track for years and if anything went wrong, we made sure to fill out a claim form with customers, check cameras, and never place blame until we went over evidence and had proof. Extremely negligent company. Save you money, awful experiences here."
"High price ($18 for a deluxe wash), but it's the best car wash you'll ever get. I know someone who does the monthly pass and she's very pleased. I love that they wipe down your car afterwards. Always a wonderful experience!"
"I have been using this car was since it was new, and never had I had a problem or complaint about it. That is until recently. I took my car through (brand new might I add) and the car wash left 2 scuff marks on it. They told me that there was no way that the car wash could have done this. Then proceeded to tell me that when I went through that the driver side brushes weren’t working. They told me that they couldn’t see anything on the cameras that would have left the marks. Which how you would be able to see it leave 2 scuff marks on camera is beyond me. I guess I’ll be hand washing my car from now on."
"They lure you with fantastic monthly membership price, then you learn how convenient their set up is. Great customer service. Best vacuums I ever used at the car wash. Our beloved cars loves this place too) Mine is blue so I called her Skye."
