Discount Tire

"Discount tire in Branson went above and beyond for me. I had a tire go flat on me and I had paid for the tire protection plan when I bought my tires through discount tire. When I called them about my flat tire, they said they didn't have my tire in stock and that it would be a couple days. I drove my car to the shop on my spare anyway to see if my tire was fixable and they decided to put a new tire on my car that they had in my size for the 3 days that I had to wait because they didn't have a used one to put on it my size and they didn't want me to have to drive on the spare since I work so far away from home or have to use my husband's car, which is on its last leg. I've been using discount tire for years now, ever since I discovered they will fix a flat for free if it's fixable even if you didn't buy your tires from them. I've always had a good experience with them. I love that they built one in Branson because it's closer to home and it's way less busy there than in Springfield. Also, they always price match if I find a good deal somewhere else. I usually do my research and try to find the best deal and then see if discount tire will match it and sometimes they have the best price out of the gate. I highly recommend them. I also highly recommend the tire protection plan because it seems like I can't go through a set of tires without using the protection plan. Also, if you need windshield wiper blades they seem to have a great price on those!"

"Chase, Austin, and Lonza.. I had experience with all 3 of these fellas. I’m a local, and needed/wanted 4 new tires for my classic F100. Chase helped me specifically order what I wanted, and we got them put on the very next morning. There was a small hiccup within a week.. however, this staff is untouchable, when it comes to customer service. The issue I had, was rectified with nothing but smiles and courtesy from all staff. I’m a full time performer, and have spent a big portion of my previous years in retail/customer service as well.. so I spend the majority of my time around people. THIS establishment, is where you want to be, to be treated fairly, and with respect. The price was the best I found in town, but the customer service was truly above and beyond. If all Discount Tire shops are like this one, then it’s no wonder they’re a successful business. If all shops AREN’T like this one? Then corporate needs to pass out nice big raises to this Branson team, because they really are the best! Thanks guys!"

This is the truth I was walking out the door thinking I can't afford anything in here didn't know where I was going to get the two tires I bought somewhere else mounted but Chase ran me down In the parking lot as I was getting into my car, brought me back in the store got them put on for a price I could afford and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that Thank you Chase. "Very nice staff. Ordered new tires and wheels but before installing was putting a leveling kit and new shocks underneath. They was good enough to go ahead and order early to make sure they was there on time, said may take up to 5 days and they actually showed up next day. They sit there over 2 weeks not a problem with them. Took it in right after I had the work done and in no time they had them installed. Great pricing and will be doing my business there from now on."
