"After having my new car for less than 6 months, I was involved in a hit and run accident on November 28. At the time that we contacted Kyle at Mr. Dent, my wife and I were ready to pay the out of pocket costs to get our car repaired since we were having no luck with having our insurance adjuster calling us back from any of the voicemails that we left. Kyle took control of the situation and communicated with our insurance company so our claim would get approved. On December 13, we dropped off the car to get it fixed and received our car back today (December 23).
