Take 5 Oil Change

"I was planning on changing my own oil. Because I am always trying to save money. Store manager ask if I would give it a try with the first time coupon. Service was excellent I can see this going over really well in our community. I will continue to change my own oil but there will be times I will have my wife or daughter give it a try!"

Not only that, they completely service your car and go over the many maintenance items about your car while YOU ARE IN YOUR CAR! You do not have to leave your car!!! "Today was my first Take 5 experience, and I was blown away by the spectacular service. Tony took phenomenal care of us meeting us at the car with water and a snack for my toddler, he made sure to keep me updated on how long the people in front of me would take and gave excellent customer service. Jacob and Jeremy performed the service expertly and informatively the whole time. The price is not as cheap as Walmart but the convenience and the level of service more than make up for it in my opinion. We will be back!"

"The whole experience was wonderful and quick. Every single staff member was pleasant to deal with. It was my first time and I was truly impressed. I have already recommended several people to check them out. The service was pricey but when it comes to my car I know its worth every penny. I got new wipers, 2 new air filters, an oil change with high mileage oil, tires checked and aired, and all of the fluids checked. Im truly impressed with the service and staff!!!"

"This was our first Take 5 experience. On Black Friday we figured it would be a convenient way to stay up on our maintenance. The technicians are friendly and the shop was clean. I will say I was a bit shell-shocked by the pricing, but they have a business to run and are providing a service so I understand. The technician/manager was nice, but after the oil change was done he mentioned he did spill a little oil, nothing excessive. Mistakes happen so I had no concern and drove the truck back to Nixa. Halfway to Nixa I noticed excessive smoke under the hood and an oil burning smell. Upon examination there was more than just a little oil spilled, it was all over the driver side manifold and had spread to under the truck onto the transmission and exhaust. I was very displeased with this, I understand mistakes happen but they definitely should have done something while I was there since they spilled it. After $20 in degreaser and 10 minutes at the car wash, I got things cleaned up. This makes my "convenient" oil change now over $100. I won't be returning and I won't recommend them to anybody for this reason. I'm mechanically inclined enough to know how to clean this mess up but most people are not so beware. We have used Walmart in the past for our oil changes, and I'll be sticking with them in the future due to this issue and the price being much more favorable."
