"Let me tell you about this place in my encounter with the owner Michael. I came from New Hampshire to visit my family and my truck broke down. I took it to a repair shop and they quoted me an astronomical amount. I then did the repairs myself, and then took my vehicle to the dealership where they wanted to charge me even more than an astronomical amount, I needed my computer system reset on my truck and now after working on it for several days it seemed that there was no hope in sight. I did a Google search and found C & C truck give them a call not expecting very much because by now it was the weekend and it look like I was going to have to spend a few more days stranded here, Michael answered the phone we told him what we have done what we need done and he said bring it over. He’s there right now being skeptical I did not expect very much but when I arrived I was greeted by Michael and he got right to work on my truck, unfortunately one of the parts that I installed was defective. I had to take my truck back and replace the part that I just replaced. Michael said that I can come back the next day which would have been a Sunday and he would work on it and try to get everything reset for me, I show up to the shop and find that he worked on my truck until 10 o’clock at night. I was not expecting that because I dropped it off the night prior so he had it first thing in the morning. He let me know that something else is going on with my truck I went back over to his shop and we tested one injector and found that it was clogged. Michael took the injector and he cleaned it the best he could and we hoped and prayed that it would work once it was done plugged it back in and it worked. He then sent it through all the tests that needed to be performed before the computer is completely reset and I crossed my fingers that it would reset so that way I can head home with my kids thanks to Michael and taking his time away from his family to help my family get back home. My truck would still not be running up. I really do appreciate everything that he has done and the time that he has spent on my truck, I would very strongly recommend CNC truck to do your repairs just because I know firsthand of how much above and beyond Michael helped me"
