"We always make it a point to visit the southside location. This was the worst reheated rubbery food I've ever had at a fast food place. When I called to let the manager know the girl who answered phone was very unprofessional and after speaking to manager I just called corporate. We won't be eating there again!"

"4/24/2023 1/5 stars I asked for a double cheeseburger with extra mustard and extra pickle and the dang sandwich is swimming in mustard. I don't know who made this nastiness but I hope you know that you took MY MONEY for your little joke. Then I order a large and small cheddar peppers and the insides are separated and it's old. They weren't hot like they just came out of a fryer. So now I can go without good and drink my strawberry peanut butter shake. The only thing you did do right! WTH!! (Oh the pictures are uploaded) 2021 2/5 stars Took a long time to get food. Nobody had a smile on their face. Foot long was burnt and chili and cheese did not look fresh. Very disappointing."
"Ordered 5 of these, spent $4 something a piece on them. Waited quite a while to get 5 small blasts that looked like someone poked a hole down the middle and shoved the toppings in. Wow!"
