"As most reviews state the price is way too high. The servers were wearing rubber gloves, which is great, however they were both handling their phones while wearing those gloves. YUCK!"

"Normally I don't bother writing these, considering I have a personal policy about making service workers lives more difficult than necessary. However, my experience tonight has not disappointed me once, but three times in a single dish. I ordered a Chicken Power Bowl w/extra chicken. When I got home as soon as I reach in to the bag to grab the bowl, I discovered the lid was loose and some of the bowls contents were dumped into the bag. Secondly, after recovering those contents, I quickly found out this bowl had the same amount of chicken in it as a regular order. Tonight I had made the conscious decision to order extra chicken because I felt the portions for it were too small compared to the rest of the bowl. To my dismay I was charged extra for no apparent reason tonight. Finally, as I bite into my bowl I am immediately greeted with an extremely hard *crunch*. After inspecting the contents, I came the discovery that my rice was undercooked and hard. After attempting to call the store to air my grievances, I am met with futility as no one answers. Depending on the way this will be handled, I might be changing this review."

"This is the second time When we have placed an order online that we haven't gotten what we asked. And I had to get back out and go back up to the place to get what they had missed.. They can't refund your money so instead of having to just get a refund. I had to actually get back out. Use the gas drive Up there and ask for somebody named Ethan who was unapologetic, who just said. Yeah, Hey, we'll just make you one and come back up here. So now I'm waiting in line to get the food they messed up. My food at home is getting colder and I'm waiting behind somebody. To get there order. They were rude, they didn't care. It was disrespectful and whoever Ian is needs. Some sort of managerial lessons or something to at least. Try to make things right when they screw up. We won't eat there again and if we do I will make them rebag it in front of me at this point. It's not worth paying $48 for food that I had to use gas and time to come back up. And now when I go home, I'll have to eat cold food. Definitely wouldn't recommend."

"Seriously! Almost $4 for a lousy beefy five layer burrito. This happens too often! Despite being mostly tortilla, it was also hard and cold. Since Taco bell is one of the few fastfood joints to eat at in Monett, I keep coming back in hopes of a better experience. So instead of boycotting, I will just document my experiences from now on. The photos are of reality vs expectation."
