"I was charged for 5 sauces that I never even ordered. Our food was not what we asked for and the total was about 3x what we actually got. Better off going to Springfield than here."
"Who ever cooked our food today 12-15-2023 a little after 2 PM thanks because you suck. The burger had to be thrown away on a 19 dollar meal tasted like it had been sitting for over a day no flavor once so ever. Save your money people because this place has no flavor. You would be better off eating dirt from your yard then to eat here. The food here sucks and is not worth the price."
"Drive through workers are very rude. Uo charged me for a thing of ranch. Looked on the app and it said a completely different price than the drive through. When I asked about it they got very rude and hateful about it"
"The last 3 times I have been here they have either closed the store at a different time then they are suppose too. Or while I am in line before closing taken others orders and not mine and then when it's my turn to give my order I get I am sorry but we are closed!! Up until I'd say the last year I have never had a bad experience with this dairy queen and I have always traveled to this one but I think I will drive further and take my business to Republic from here on out!!"
