"They set an appointment for me between 8 and 5 for washer repair. I canceled another appointment I had so I would be here. They were supposed to call 1 hour before they got here. I called them at 4 and they assured me they were coming. I waited until 5:15 and called them back. After much confusion they told me a technician had never been dispatched because they didn’t have enough technicians that day. I requested they come early the next day but was told they would have to reschedule for the next week. I would receive no consideration for the terrible service. They couldn’t even understand why I told them I was calling someone else."
