"After stopping here a few times I don't think I'll eat here again. The food is nasty shells are hard food is warm but old. The manager has worked there for 30 years to support her sister and youngest son that won't leave because of drugs and felonies, or whatever he's in trouble for. The employees are well dudes dressed as woman that make really bad jokes and don't have a care in the world. Pretty much the worst restaurant I've been to in Branson West"
"Should not have to wait in line for 30 minutes to order. No one acknowledged me being there the while time while I was standing at the register. Very poor service and poor attitudes. I left because I didn't have time to wait any longer."
"I realize it was late, around 11:00. I realize it's Branson's off-season. Bad: Under staffed, real slow, and didnt get my order correct. Good: Positive attitudes, area was clean and staff was very helpful."
"The guy at the drive thru got are orders wrong twice forgot the cinnamon twists, we let that go but now he doesn't have the courtesy to explain the changes in the menu and ended up paying more for less. Employees need to inform and let the customer know about the changes, and not tell us it's the same item with a different name."
