"Went through the drive-through, the staff were friendly. Had to wait a bit for our food only to get it and question why we had to wait so long when non of it was fresh, nor did it taste good. Our curly fries weren't even all curly, they were like regular fry straight fries. Mind you, there was one other car there, the rest of it was dead. Will not be visiting this establishment again."

"I was very sad to see our favorite sandwich leave but when I asked for it the way they responded to tell me it was no longer available was rude. Also the whole interaction was negative as I tried to reconnect my thinking to order something different. Then the disappointment when we went to eat our very dry burgers. Not sure if everyone was having a bad day that day but honestly that was the worse I have ever ate there since this place opened."

"I don't understand how this location is supposed to be open at 6am but is consistently open 15-20 min late. So I have to eat somewhere else. I know if I was 15 late minutes to my job everyday. I wouldn't have a job anymore."

"Both visits to this place 3 weeks apart on different days of the week the drive-thru person on the first visit was very rude and they forgot the whole Breakfast platter. When we called the manager seemed to have an attitude. And didn't at all seem surprised that the drive-thru person had an attitude. Then when in a few weeks later to get dinner the drive-thru person was actually nice but we could hear the cook screaming about having to cook another order and cussing I honestly would not recommend this place unless something changes"

"Services amazing here. Lady at the counter was so friendly and helpful. Food is fresh the biscuits here are always made fresh daily and probably the best for a fast food chain. Lobby was clean and not too busy when I ate."
