"Great food and great people serving it up! We got the brisket, ribs, and sausage. The meat was tender tasted amazing. The sides were a nice change of pace than the “typical” BBQ sides. The Mac, elote, and slaw were fresh and flavorful. This will be a must stop for our trips down to Indian point!"

"Enjoying Thanksgiving when we came across this bbq joint just outside Branson, Mo. Talking to one of the relatives that run this place, we found out that they learned their trade at Bodacious Bbq in east Tx. It was somewhat of a cold day so the warm macaroni and cheese and beans was a great treat. The brisket qas a little dry but had a good bark. Ribs were tender. Turkey was moist and had a good smoked flavor. Would definitely stop again if we are up this way."

"Imagine my joy when I learnt a BBQ joint was 1 minute walk away from my motel . Thought I'd stroll over to see what they do So glad I did ... From the moment I arrived they were extremely friendly & helpful Obviously very proud of their BBQ skills, as well they should be ! Probably best brisket ever tasted yet Decided to try the smoked turkey, not my favourite meat as it's almost always roo dry . However these folks sure know how to seal in the flavour & moisture. Recommend anyone in the area pays them a visit . I know I'll be returning , after all it only takes me 1 minute to get there !"

"We have enjoyed Come and Take It multiple times over the past year. The meat is top-notch. We especially enjoyed the pulled pork. The smoked mac and cheese is also the best in the area by far. Highly recommended. The beans were middle of the pack, and we would probably skip them and get more of the mac and cheese next time :) We also like the Smoked Elote. I am going to have to try the Apple Bacon Cobbler (A.B.C.) the next time we visit!"

"UPDATE: we came back on Saturday 3/25/22 and it was just as good if not better! The service, the food quality, the outdoor seating set up and atmosphere are all so great! Thank you for another great experience and delicious food. Authentic Texas BBQ! Salt and pepper is all you need with high quality meat that falls right off the bone! We asked if our dog could sit with us, they said not a problem and gave us a water bowl, water, and pork bones for our pup to have. Delicious food, friendly people, and great service!! Couldn’t recommend this place more!!"
